Alley Cat Rodenticide Wax Blocks are a potent anticoagulant rodenticide, that can be used to manage rats and mice in and around Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural and Domestic situations. Application situations where pests occur include food processing factories, stores, laundries, restaurants, ships, boiler houses, hotels and motels, sub-floors, roof voids and wall cavities.
The active ingredient in Alley Cat Wax Blocks is Bromadiolone, which is a second-generation 4-hydroxycoumarin derivative, and often called "super-warfarin" for its added potency! The product is effective against rat and mice populations that have become resistant to first generation anticoagulants. With Alley Cat, effects don’t appear for 24-36 hours after ingestion, and may often take 2-5 days for control to occur. The delayed effects ensure that other rats will continue to eat the bait and not immediately associate it with death. Alley Cat Wax Blocks are particularly useful in areas where baits deteriorate rapidly, such as damp areas, sub-floors, roof voids and wall cavities. The hole in the centre of the block will allow pinning or tying off the ground in very moist areas, or where rodents are climbing, and facilitate securing the blocks in bait stations.
Available in 2kg and 10kg buckets.
